How long does it take to create a new website?
How long it takes to complete a project depends on how many pages it includes, if there are any special requirements, if it is an Online store with a lot of products and if you have your content ready to be published. When we receive your enquiry we will ask you about your deadline and let you know how long it will take to finish your new website.
Do I provide the copy and images for my new site?
You have the option of providing us all the copy and visuals for your new site and we will upload it for you, OR you can let our Copywriter work her magic and write impactful and tailored copy for your entire site. If you have an Online store we will upload your copy for the main pages plus 5 of your product pages. We will teach you how to easily upload the rest.
On what platform will my website be built?
We are proud to say that we are Rocketspark Design Partners, and that we build websites on Rocketspark's platform. The Rocketspark team are based in Hamilton NZ and are always just a phone call or a quick email away. The reason we have chosen to work with Rocketspark is, except for the amazing customer support, that they have created a platform where one can build beautiful professional websites with all the features and elements that we need. We love the fact that they are a local NZ company and a big bonus is that it's incredibly easy for our clients to learn how to edit their Rocketspark websites.
What is the process when creating a website?
The first thing we do is get to know your business and your business goals. You'll get to fill out a Web Design brief to give us the full picture. When we have a good understanding of your vision and needs you will receive a tailored quote. If you are happy to proceed, we've are ready to start the fun part! We'll create a customised design to suit you and your customers. You will be given two rounds of revision where we will make any adjustments until you are happy with the end result. Before handing over the keys to you we will teach you exactly how to add and edit your new site. We will also help you to set up Google Analytics and traffic tracking. Since we are specialised in SEO we are also implementing basic SEO elements on your new site such as title tags, meta descriptions and correct headings. You are now ready to go LIVE and show off your smashin' new site to your customers!
Will you help me transfer my old domain?
Yes, don't worry - we will sort everything out for you. If you need a new domain or need to transfer an old one, our web developer is here to help.

Do you redesign existing websites?
If your existing website is on the Rocketspark platform we can most certainly redesign it to suit your current needs and vision. If you website is hosted somewhere else please get in touch with us to discuss further.
